Wines We Love to Serve On Board
        Stina Tribidrag
From the rugged slopes of Brač Island comes Stina Tribidrag, a red that carries centuries of history in every glass. Tribidrag, also known as the original Zinfandel, is one of Croatia’s oldest grape varieties. Stina’s expression is deep and elegant. A wine that tastes like stone, salt, and summer nights.
Perfect Pairing: grilled fish on deck
Saints Hills Mala Nevina
Saints Hills Mala Nevina is a coastal blend of Malvazija and Chardonnay, and one of those wines that surprises everyone. It’s crisp and aromatic, but with enough body to hold its own beside Dalmatian seafood and creamy sauces. Smooth, balanced, and quietly complex — much like the coastline itself.
Perfect Pairing: fresh pasta with prawns in the port
Tasovac Grk
Unlike the Grk typically grown in Lumbarda, Tasovac Grk comes from the other side of Korčula, near the village of Čara (the same region known for its Pošip). This is part of what makes it so special. The terroir gives the wine a completely different character: rounder, more aromatic, with a distinctive freshness that sets it apart from its coastal cousins. It’s a rare expression of Grk. Elegant, slightly wild, and full of personality.
Perfect Pairing: octopus salad as the sea breeze rolls in
Nerica Pošip
From the family-run Vinarija Nerica on Korčula comes a Pošip that feels entirely authentic. Golden in the glass with aromas of apricot and Mediterranean herbs, it’s full-bodied yet refreshing. A perfect companion to island life.
Perfect Pairing: grilled white fish, roasted vegetables, and good company
